When you wake up in the morning, what attitude do you wake up with? Do you lay there wishing you could just hit the snooze button? Do you sit there and think and dread all the stuff you have to do today? Do you sit up and tell yourself, “Self, this is going to be an awesome day and I am going to dominate in everything I do!”
If you wake up with the last scenario I bet you’re the type of person that requires little motivation to get things done in life. You know that a positive attitude can overcome so much. I always tell my clients I can tell when their muscles give out vs. their minds. If you let doubt enter your thoughts, you’re more likely to fail at what you are trying achieve.
