First look at the rankings of healthiest countries. We tell you not to eat rich foods, sauces, pasta, pizza’s, yet France and Italy are 1st and 2nd healthiest, while Canada and the USA are 30th and 37th. One thing for sure, the healthy countries don’t eat all the crap that we do and they do walk more and have more physical activity. In one study about the difference in body weight between American and Italian women, American women, BMI mean of 40.3, had a significantly higher body mass compared with Italian women, 29.7. US women had worse insulin resistance, lower levels of high‐density lipoprotein‐cholesterol and higher levels of triglycerides. Look over this list, then read what some of the good eating tips are.
