Perseverance is extremely tough, especially when you want results NOW! When the scale doesn’t instantly budge, you throw in the towel and say “I quit”. It took a lot of “playing” to get your body where it is today, so it’s going to take a lot of “paying” to make up for it.
The fear of failure is a big enough deterrent to prevent our own success. If you haven’t seen results you like in a while, then change is the only route left. This includes changing your thoughts and mind as well as you actions.
“I’LL START MY DIET TOMORROW”
Procrastination is NASTY habit!
“BUT I WANT THAT COOKIE”
Instant gratification feels so good we want to do it again and again, but if the feeling leaves you bummed, lifestyle changes need to be made. Will power will need to be your next best friend.
“NO BIG DEAL, I’LL GET THE WEIGHT OFF”.
Having too much self-confidence can be just as bad as not having enough. This trait can lead to procrastination. Make sure your attitude says: “I want to succeed”!!!
