Well my advice to you is to keep on focusing on yourself. There was a study done on more than 3,000 married and cohabiting couples age 50 and older, researchers found that when one person became more physical active or lost weight, his or her partner’s chances of doing the same nearly doubled or tripled respectively.
When you are in the mode of working out, losing weight, or just getting healthy, this can inspire your partner to join you or at least start up a workout program on his/her own.
Remember no nagging aloud and for heaven’s sake quit feeling so guilty!
