I recently received one specific email touting the miraculous transformation possible if I would buy the company product…or series of products...and use them for FOUR WEEKS! They promised 37 pounds lost in those 4 weeks! (According to fat-loss FACT, that would need to be a 129,500 calorie deficit in those four weeks; or 4,625 calories a day!) This product and advertising has since been revoked as “false advertising!”
… I promise you that if you lost that much “weight” in only four weeks, it would NOT STAY OFF or would you be HEALTHIER! (The REAL struggle is keeping the extra pounds off!)
BUT MAYBE you can GAIN that much weight in 4 weeks, courtesy of your favorite meals!
These you are not going to believe (from http://www.businessinsider.com/):

Not to be outdone, a California chef has created the 5000 calorie deep fried burger! (Don’t believe it, Google it and read the recipe!) The chef jokingly adds the following addendum: “After eating, call your cardiologist, tell him what you've done, and sit in amusement as he has a heart attack for you over the phone.”
NOW…If you had just run a marathon, played numerous sets of tennis, or worked out with the Bengals, some of this MIGHT be forgiven by your body…maybe! But MOST of us don’t move our bodies that long or that hard, and burn off all of those calories! We just store them, and not where we want them…Here’s to HEALTHIER, more APPROPRIATE eating!
“Many people treat their bodies as if they were rented from Hertz—something they are using to get around in but nothing they genuinely care about understanding.” Chungliang Al Huang
