We want those remotes, that next drink, fast food, our TV shows, another cheat day. Well let's look at some interesting stats, headlines and pictures.
Of course you have reasons for not exercising or eating right for your health. And they are valid???
I don't feel like it. That means I don't care about myself or family.
But they were eating it. That means I don't care about myself or family.
I don't have time. That means I don't care about myself or family.
I just don't have the will-power. Ya...same meaning!
And this list goes on and on. Get over it. Most of us think that it will never happen to us. There is always tomorrow. Some day I'll start. I think back to when I was 20 years old and thought that 65 was a million years away. Will I'm here and most of my friends, classmates and many others either can not function very well or are dead. Well it's never too late. A friend and client, Ron Gordon, is 86 years old and can out perform 80% of the people I know. And I never hear him complain about aches and pains. He is not use to feeling like crap.

So if you go drinking more often than you workout, bad habit. Eat fast / junk food more often than real / whole foods, bad habit. Look at what you do and decide what is more important. Your health and family...or your version of fun.
So what do all those excuses really mean. I like feeling like crap and I don't care about myself or my family.
