If you are disciplined and work out with focus, you can work out more than once a day. Let me caution you however, that working out haphazardly is a recipe for disaster! You will run the risk of over training, wrecking your body, staying puny or pudgy (a nice word for fat).
On the plus side upping your cardio to two times a day is fine. Try going for a walk in the early part of the day and then try it again at the end of your day. You’ll find that you’ll sleep better and feel better about yourself.
Isn’t that a wonderful idea…to feel better about yourself? I think so too.
So let’s jump on the band wagon, come in to BAER Fit training center, let me show you how to work out with great form and go outside and walk, speed walk or run. Then tonight after dinner go for a nice walk or speed walk, don’t run again. Your knees will appreciate you and so will your heart.
Let’s all remember to get our 10,000 steps in every day to keep our fat in check and our minds in tip top shape.
