When you are working out there is no wrong unless your form sucks or you drop a weight on your toe. So looking at the program of my client earlier this morning she had just informed me how she struggled and felt that her workout wasn’t up to par as it was when I trained her. I told her how she was fine in her decisions. She did wonderful and I was so proud of her for trying to lift on her own for the first time.
So please don’t ever think that I will be upset with you or think badly of you for trying to better yourself that just isn’t the case, EVER!
Remember this the next time you are in the training center and you are working out for the first time after you’ve been with me training, just smile and be satisfied that you are doing the best you can with time you have and energy you get from the food you’ve eaten to lift that heavy weight (which is relative to your strength).
