I’m writing about this to tell you that you must be patient with your body. Don’t stress, just let it happen you’ll be pleasantly surprised with you can just let go of the unnecessary stress that you (especially women) put on themselves.
I’ve had a couple of clients stress over little things that just aren’t necessary. As a Yogini I spend my whole life trying to be stress-free. Once in awhile I’ll slip up and get a little stressed but sooner than later I’ll be back in synch with me.
If you are having trouble with stress, let me know because I can teach you meditation that you can do in the privacy of your home. I can put you through moves of Yoga to stretch your neck, back, hamstrings, anything you need!
G’s Yoga presented by BAER Fit is just that a serene peaceful, or if you need to work your body hard, yoga can do that too. All you have to do is tell me what you need, I can provide.
It’s just that simple! Stress is a killer and it raises our Cortisol levels which love to hold on and on with our fat stores.
So why don’t you try to be a little patient with yourself and treat yourself to relax and enjoy life for a change!
