New Year, New Goals
There is something about the beginning of a New Year that sets people into a buzz of making new goals for themselves. It’s like having a clean slate to start from. A fresh set of 365 days to make changes, whatever those changes may be, and in general, improve ourselves. A lot of people look at New Year resolutions as cliché, and yes, perhaps they are. But in my opinion, do whatever it takes to help you find that drive to better yourself. And if it’s making New Year’s resolutions then roll with it. My challenge to you this year is sticking with it!! We all know it is hard to keep up the enthusiasm that comes with a New Year and setting kick ass goals. But it’s not impossible. This year pick a goal and hold onto it, mind, body and soul. Live and breathe it. Don’t get discouraged by failures. AND DON’T GIVE UP!! Here’s to your health!
