Have you made your resolution yet? Don’t bother it may not pan out! Instead just redefine what it means to be (or get) in shape and how in the world you’ll find your way to it. Just state out loud that success isn’t measured by the size of our waistline; it’s how well you feel. You are in charge of you! Make the decision that one day isn’t a deal breaker but a reminder that “WE ARE IN CHARGE OF EVERY DAY!”
Don’t think that exercise is an all-or-nothing proposition. Think of it as “fun” we fit in however we can. ..one day at a time.
Yes commit to moving one day at a time. It’s easier if you feel you need others by just coming into the BAER Fit Training Center. Or you can ask one of the trainers to come to your house!
Take 10 minutes a day if you need a place to start. Do it whenever and wherever you can.
Try interval training (walk/run or walk slow/walk faster) it’s easier and fun especially if you have a dog to help you along the way.
Try one of our specialized training programs for beginners get your muscles moving and in shape! Just ask any of our trainers and the cost is minimal compared especially to a doctor’s appointment.
Just get out and move my friend that is it in a nutshell!
